CUSTOM DESIGN

At Jewels Quest fine jewelry, you have the opportunity to create your own masterpiece, dream up any design for a ring, pendant, or bracelet, modify an existing piece or change it completely. We'll use our skills, creativity and expertise and turn your dreams into reality. We can create a perfect piece of jewelry that has only existed in your imagination.

We have been designing jewelry for many of our customers, turning old pieces into something new, or creating a one-of-a-kind piece from scratch. We also offer private consultations, upon request, to spend quality time with you to ensure you get exactly what you envisioned for your special jewelry piece.

SPECIALITY

We use the latest 3D computer jewelry software providing you with the opportunity to see the custom piece before it is cast. This jeweler-friendly interface, allows us to design virtual jewelry on-screen with detailed color preview. Once you approve of the look of your final piece, it will be carved on wax by a milling/growing machine with accuracy and then cast in gold. These 3D generated custom designs are by appointment only in order to give you, the customer, our undivided attention.

APPRAISALS

At Jewels Quest, we offer you a complementary appraisal with a purchase of $1000 or more. Our appraisals are fully detailed descriptions of your piece and are now complimented with color photos. Structured for insurance, retail, estate, and various other personal uses.

Most insurance companies recommend an appraisal update every 2-3 years.

EXPERT JEWELRY & WATCH REPAIRS

We do repair on fine jewelry, silver jewelry, and watches (Rolex, Cartier, Bulova etc...), clocks, as well as grandfather clocks. Most watches that need a battery replaced or a band adjusted can be done while you wait.

Jewels Quest fine jewelry has one of the very finest watchmakers. With over 40 years of experience, he can repair most types of watches, including extremely fine quality and unique brands.

Beyond our customers, we also service other jewelry stores in California and other States. We welcome jobs by mail.

Estimates are available on all repairs. All repairs are done on premise.

PEARL & GEMSTONE RESTRINGING

Not many jewelry stores offer full restringing services, but Jewels Quest will repair any necklace you have that needs restringing, wether it is pearls or gemstones.
