Fot items which are custom designed
specifically for you,the design process may take longer than in
stock items. Allow time to fill your order and obtain the gemstones
needed. Once we have agreed on a design, we will send a confirmation
e-mail. Custom and special orders must be paid in full at the time
the order is placed. When the order has been paid in full, Jewels
Quest will begin production. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for all Special
Orders. We will work diligently to finish your order and ship it
out to you as swiftly as possible.
Note: Jewels Quest reserves the right to
make available for sale any and all customdesigns that we have made
for customers at any time and at any price. These designs are works
and property of Jewels Quest.
RETURNS
All in stock items must be returned
to Jewels Quest within 10 calendar days of receiving merchandise.
You must call or email for an RA# (Return Authorization) prior to
shipping your return. All return packages must clearly display this
RA# on the outside of the box, or the package will not be received.
Keep in mind that on custom orders there are no refunds or exchanges,
as the item has been customized specifically for you.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All items are shipped within 48 hours.
Special orders and custom designed jewelry
will take longer to ship (15 to 20 business days).
At this time Jewels Quest is only able to
ship to addresses within the United States and Canada . To ensure
the secure delivery of your order, Jewels Quest will not ship to
P.O. Boxes.
